Our Funds

The YBTC funds below have been set up to raise money either in memory of, or in aid of, a brain tumour patient in Yorkshire.

Ellie's Fund
Ellie was only 11 years old when she was diagnosed with a high grade brain tumour. She battled the odds, became an expert fundraiser and left behind memories that will never be forgotten. Years after her death Ellie still lives on through her legacy – Ellie’s Fund.

Will's Way

Will Barker was diagnosed with a grade 2 brain tumour at the age of 15. Will's family were inspired by his bravery and began fundraising to help other families affected by brain tumours. After 3 successful years Will's Way merged with Yorkshire's Brain Tumour Charity on 31st August 2020.

Harry's Star

Harry tragically died two weeks after being diagnosed with an aggressive brain tumour, just four weeks after becoming ill. Harry was his mum's pride and joy; after his passing she started Harry's Star to help other families in a similar situation.
