Wellbeing Walk - Temple Newsam, Leeds.

Here at Yorkshire’s Brain Tumour Charity, we understand the power of peer support and the benefits of getting out in nature. Working with the wonderful ‘Walking With My Bear’, we host accessible peer support walks across the whole of Yorkshire for those families affected by brain tumours.

The walks are a place to engage with those in similar circumstances, practice mindfulness and explore nature in many beautiful settings that are also wheelchair friendly and accessible to all. We finish all our walks with a cuppa and a slice of cake, the perfect ending to a wonderful afternoon.

We will be meeting at the Temple Newsam Ampitheatre, in front of the Courtyard Tea Room. There are a number of car parks at Temple Newsam with a small parking fee. The closest carpark to the meeting spot is Temple Newsam Lower carpark, which can be found here - https://w3w.co/stick.thing.throw
