Wellbeing Walk - Springhead Park, Leeds.

Here at Yorkshire’s Brain Tumour Charity, we understand the power of peer support and the benefits of getting out in nature. We host accessible peer support walks across the whole of Yorkshire for those families affected by brain tumours.

The walks are a place to engage with those in similar circumstances, practice mindfulness and explore nature in many beautiful settings that are also wheelchair friendly and accessible to all. We finish all our walks with a cuppa and a slice of cake, the perfect ending to a wonderful afternoon.

We will be meeting at the car park 10 Oulton Ln, Rothwell, Leeds LS26 0EA, and then meeting by the park entrance next to the tennis courts.

Final walk details, including meeting places, are shared with RSVP'd attendees in the weeks before our scheduled walk.
