Wellbeing Walk - Rowntree Park, York

Here at Yorkshire’s Brain Tumour Charity, we understand the power of peer support and the benefits of getting out in nature. We host accessible peer support walks across the whole of Yorkshire for those families affected by brain tumours.

The walks are a place to engage with those in similar circumstances, practice mindfulness and explore nature in many beautiful settings that are also wheelchair friendly and accessible to all. We finish all our walks with a cuppa and a slice of cake, the perfect ending to a wonderful afternoon.

This will be a peaceful walk around Roundtree Park, followed by a trip to the cafe to warm up with a drink and treat. :)
