We aim to bring people together with shared experiences to support each other emotionally, socially and practically.
Our peer support includes:
* Our out of hours YBTC Friends Support Line answered by volunteers who have gone through it themselves.
* Support Groups where you can meet people in similar situations to you
* We can introduce you to our trained peer support volunteers who have had a similar lived experience as you.
