Keeping Motivated
We know it must be disappointing to have your event cancelled or postponed, but we want to do our best to help you stay motivated, which is why we've set up the new YBTC Active Group, a Facebook group for everyone taking part in challenge events. There we'll be sharing workout ideas, training tips and even healthy recipes to help keep you inspired and on track to achieve your goals.

Everyone taking part in a challenge event on behalf of YBTC should by now have heard from one of us, but if you have any questions then please do get in touch with Kate (kate@yorksbtc.org.uk).
