New funding for support in Hull

New funding for support in Hull

Wed 13 April

We've recently received £2,000 from the East Yorkshire & Hull CCG to expand our support in the Hull area.
We’d like to thank the East Riding of Yorkshire and Hull CCG teams for awarding our charity a £2,000 grant to help us fund a new Drop-In Café in Hull and a summer Wellbeing Walk.
We applied for the funding to help us meet our goal of expanding our support into five new key areas including Wakefield, Kirklees, Calderdale and Sheffield across the next year.
Hull will join Wakefield, Leeds and Doncaster as a location for our Drop-In Cafés; informal, supportive monthly groups where patients and families can chat with others in a similar situation.
We’ll also be holding one of our popular Wellbeing Walks, in partnership with social enterprise Good Footing, in the Hull area this summer.
Thank you to the East Yorkshire & Hull CCG for allowing us to bring our support to more families impacted by this devastating disease.

If you would be interested in attending either of these new support meetups, please get in touch with or call 0113 340 0111 to be added to our mailing list for further updates.
