Hold a Declutter Day!
Hold a Declutter Day!
Tue 24 March
Looking for something to keep you busy at home?
Why not have a clear out -
Declutter Day
?
Being isolated at home for weeks is not fun for any of us and we want to help come up with some ideas that will keep you active, whilst also helping to support us too!
Why not hold a Declutter Day?
This is a great way to get active, clear out and feel great!
Decluttering can...
- Help you focus - Help you relax - Less clutter can equate to less anxiety - Give you space to dance! -
We say: "Go for it in bursts, so you can dive in with as much energy as you can muster. Fifteen minutes is all you need, set the task of ditching 15 things in that time. Or hang a bag on every door and put things you don't need or love into them as you potter around the house. At the end of the week you can sort into rubbish, recycle and donate piles!"
Here are some
top tips
on what you can do with the items you want to donate:
* Donate old and vintage items through Vintage Giving.
