Wakefield Drop-In Café: the monthly drop-in is held at Create Café, Wakefield on the fourth Thursday of every month. It's a chance for patients, loved ones and carers to chat with others who have experienced something similar, or simply relax with a hot drink. To find out more,

In-person Bereavement Support Group: this monthly support group is held at Connections on Westgate, Wakefield on the third Monday of the month. It's a chance for those who have lost a loved one across Yorkshire to receive some informal support in a welcoming, safe space.

The Palliative care at home team provides care and support for end-of-life adult patients and their family and friends in their own home environment.
